It’s nearly Prime Day, the Amazon-iest day of the year. Well, days, because Prime Day now runs for a full 48 hours – and in fact early deals are already running.
That’s where we come in. We’ve done our best to scour the web for the biggest savings on Nintendo Switch consoles, accessories, and games so that you can game for less this year.
We’re looking for savings on the console itself primarily – with the regular Switch, Switch OLED, and Switch Lite all available. That includes bundles, plus we’ll be rounding up any really great deals we spot on accessories from Joy-Con controllers to carry cases and microSD cards – not to mention the games themselves.
Prime Day is an Amazon event, and requires you to be a Prime subscriber to take advantage of the best deals – though remember that you can sign up for a free trial to get all the benefits during the sales period. We’ve also included offers below from rival retailers in both the US and UK too, as stores do their best to undercut Bezos any way they can.

PowerA Joy Con Grips for Switch
Grab this simple set of Joy Con grips from PowerA for cheap – essentially an accessory to turn your Joy Con into a regular controller for playing on the TV.

SanDisk microSDXC card for Nintendo Switch – 128GB
Maybe you’ve had to make do with the lesser Steam Deck as you wait for your place in the queue to make it to the front. (Just kidding, the Nintendo Switch is awesome.) This deal slashes the cost of a branded SD card to a near all-time low for more storage on the ultra cheap.

Nintendo Switch + Animal Crossing New Horizons + Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
Very is currently offering over £50 off this multi-game Switch bundle, which includes two of the most popular Nintendo titles: Mario Kart and Animal Crossing.
Nintendo Switch OLED + Metroid Dread

Amazon’s price is now £13 lower than Nintendo’s RRP for the classic Switch. The console comes with 32GB storage and an improved battery life over the original model.

Build Your Own Switch Bundle
Customise your own Switch bundle, including the console, a game, an online membership and an accessory. It’s not the cheapest way to get your hands on a Switch, but it’s Nintendo’s best bundle offering.
Nintendo Switch Lite
This deal from OnBuy knocks an impressive £34 off the grey Nintendo Switch Lite, bringing it to £169. OnBuy might not be a household name but it’s much like Amazon Marketplace in that independent companies handle stock and shipping, but it has a 4.7 (excellent) rating on Trust Pilot and comes with a 30-day moneyback guarantee too.
